VDE certification application details
1. For the first time consulting - the applicant to the company to provide enterprises certification VDE product introduction and the status quo of the instructions, such as: product model, name, parts list, drawings, work principle, technical parameters of table data, instructions, etc.
2. Set up agency relationship - the client (the applicant) and the agent to sign the agency agreement, further in the form of a written contract clear the responsibilities, powers and duties of both parties, to ensure that both sides cooperate closely during the application process, make the application work smoothly and achieve expected objectives. In the meantime, the power of attorney shall be submitted to VDE to prove the legal basis of the applicant's authorization.
3. Formal application form and structure parameter list - is an important document for application of VDE, and the applicant may provide relevant information to the company for translation and fill in, and return to VDE after signing by the applicant.
4. Application confirmation - after receiving the formal application form and the structure parameter list, the VDE will make a formal written confirmation of the application within 2 to 4 weeks, and send the invoice, factory inspection questionnaire and other information.
5. If the application is confirmed, the specific sample request and the relevant criteria for the test shall be informed. The company can assist VDE applicant to obtain relevant standards, clarify all related test items, test methods, etc. After completion of the sample, the test must be carried out in accordance with the standard or sent to the domestic laboratory for prediction. After the forecast is qualified, the sample can be safely and accurately sent to VDE by speedpost.
1) once all the test items are approved, the applicant will be notified in time.
2) the inspection results may also be defective. Some minor defects, with the VDE communication, as long as minor modifications, do not need to resend samples, VDE will be able to license.
3) the company will discuss with the applicant the reasons for the failure when the test results show significant defects. If necessary, VDE will send back the failed samples for reference analysis. After the sample has been modified and improved, the company shall handle the reinspection procedure and send it again until it is qualified. If the sample is resent within six months, the retesting fee will be much more favourable.
Factory inspection - the inspection and approval of the factory before issuing the certificate or an unscheduled supervision and review. Prior to the factory review, Shanghai dexin will assist the manufacturer in conducting self-examination of production facilities, laboratory equipment, metering and the entire quality system control VDE. In case of review, the inspection personnel shall make rectification requirements, assist the manufacturer to discuss the rectification measures as soon as possible and implement the corrective action promptly until the reinspection is qualified.
7. If the sample is qualified, the VDE will inform the Shanghai dexin and the VDE certificate will be issued promptly.
