One. Documentation for initial application or related information changes
Application for compulsory product certification;
The photocopy of the applicant's business license of enterprise legal person or registration certificate (provided by the first application or change);
Organization chart of the production plant (provided during initial application or change);
Application for certification process flow chart (for initial application or change);
Routine inspection of key instruments (see the quality control inspection requirements for the implementation of the rule factory) list (provided during initial application or change);
Product assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram;
Application for certification of Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
Application for certification of Chinese language instruction;
The difference between each model product in the same application unit;
Photos of each type of product in the same application unit (two copies);
Other relevant information required to be provided (if there is a CB test report).
Two. Documents to be provided for the application of similar products
1. Application for compulsory product certification;
2. Product assembly drawing and electrical schematic diagram;
3. Application for certification of Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
4. To apply for the certificate of Chinese use;
5. Differences between different models in the same application unit;
6. The appearance of each model product in the same application unit (two copies);
7. Other relevant information required to be provided (if there is a CB test report).
3C compulsory certification product testing provides a list of documents
The following information shall be provided when testing the samples:
Sample registration form;
CCC application details;
Product description;
Product specification;
Product maintenance manual;
Product circuit diagram (including schematic diagram and printing brush line map);
The difference between the main delivery model and the cover model products in the same application unit;
The detailed list of key components of the product and safety and the main components of the electromagnetic compatibility performance;
Copy of the product key security component certificate;
Product's CB test certificate and report (if any);
Letter of authorization for the use of trademarks (if any);
