KC certification mark
(1) KC logo information content
The KC logo mainly includes the following information:
Safety certification mark with KETI authentication code;
Product name; Model name; Rated input; Name of the manufacturer; Double insulation signs;
Rated input time (when the input time of the product is very short); Product date (year, month, day or production batch number);
Telephone and address of the south Korean service provider; EMI or EMI/EMS logo (optional, product if there is sufficient time to apply for signs);
(2) the KC logo
The KC certification mark (figure 2) should: vary according to the size of the product;
Easy to identify on a product or container or package, in a way that is not easily lost by printing or engraving;
Adjacent to the KC certification cover, mark the KC authentication number;
Matters relating to safety standards should be listed in Korean or English;
It should be black.
(3) KC authentication number
The KC authentication number is composed of the difference code of the security certification body, the product classification number, the manufacturer number, etc., taking "S(Z) W 09 999-8001" (as shown in FIG. 3), in which:
1 "S(Z)": the distinction code of the security certification body (S: mandatory; Z: self-discipline security confirmation;
2 "W": regional area code of the manufacturer of electrical appliances (domestic: A~Q; Asia: U; America: V. Europe: W; In the Middle East: X; Africa: Y; Other: Z);
3 "09": classification number of electrical appliances;
4 "999": the number of the manufacturing plant of the same area/product category;
5 "8": the last digit of the year (for example: 2000 was 0, 2008 was 8);
The number of basic models of the same factory/product classification. [1]
